Information about shipping and changing your order details
We aim to ship out all orders in 1-2 working days. Please note that this can be slightly longer during peak periods or public holidays.
If it has been more than 2 working days and you haven't received any shipping confirmation emails, please check your order status page. If you still can't find any information, then please get in touch with us.
If you have made a mistake in your order details, such as entering the wrong shipping address or selecting the wrong product - don't worry.
Please get in touch with us immediately. We check for your messages before shipping out your order, so it is likely we can make the change you require.
If your order has already been shipped, then we unfortunately can't make any changes to it. If you receive the product that you did not want, then it is always possible to return it for the right one.
If you entered an incorrect address, you may be required to specify it before delivery or it may be returned back to us, but we can't give any guarantees.
After your order is processed, we send out your tracking information. Please check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking link and number.
Alternatively, you can find the tracking information from your order confirmation page.
It can take up to 2 working days to process your order. If it has been longer than that and you still haven't received your tracking link then please get in touch with us.
